It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas when the chocolate dipping has begun.
It was so fun to have Brenda help us with our annual tradition. The day we were to do chocolates....we got about 6 inches of snow....which hindered us just alittle...but we still got it done. Tyler and Ella had a great "cousin day".
We had a ward Christmas party and Les hung a beautiful Christmas tree of lights in the center of the gym....the pictures doesn't do it justice.....it was the hit of the party!!!
We had a great Thanksgiving. I am a little slow getting the pictures posted. Bruce and Tiffany and kids came up from Kentucky. Mom and Dad came from SLC. We had dinner at Scott and Lisa's and it was just great to visit with everyone. Here are just some random pictures of a great weekend.
We had great weather the whole month of October and enjoyed a visit to Sonny Acres with the kids. The kids helped pass out candy to the Trick or Treaters in downtown Glen Ellyn at the office. They did some painting at Debbie's and passed out candy at Grandma's house.
Bruce and Tiffany and family had some great costumes.
This weeks pictures are Brooke's 2nd birthday party. Lauren also had a birthday...she's five. Looks like she got a scooter for her birthday. Chelsea was getting into mom's purse. Natalie and Brooke in the stroller. Picking out pumpkins.
Last week we went to San Antonio to visit with Denise and Brandon and Brayden and to see their darling home and to see their life in Texas. We had a most enjoyable visit. The best part of all was seeing how much Brayden has grown and all the fun things that she is doing. We visited the Alamo, went to see the temple (at night), had a tour of Brandon's dental school and brought a Halloween costume for Brayden. Brooke wore it last year and so we tried it on Brayden....a little chicken. While Fall weather was breaking thru in Chicago....we had temperatures in the 90's in San Antonio. Thanks to Denise and Brandon for their hospitality. We had a wonderful time!
We have been married for 37 years and our family is growing and changing all the time. Les has been a practicing dentist since 1989. Joan has been working in the office since 1993. We have 5 grown children and 11 grandchildren. Our family is the most important part of our lives.
