CELEBRATION

Heather hosted a celebration dinner for Brian's graduation and completion of his endodontic degree. It's hard to read but this was the invitation.

This was the delicious menu....again it is not readable....take my word....it was a great dinner!

This note was given to everyone at the dinner party. Since it too can't be read very well....let me write what Heather wrote:

Dear family and friends,

It is hard to believe that 10 years ago, Brian was just starting his first year of Dental School at

U of L. Just barely married and still so young, we knew that we were embarking on a journey that had just as many knowns as unknowns. With a lot of hard work and commitment we never lost sight of this graduation day. To sum up the past ten years of our lives all we can say is "We Did It!" Isn't it amazing how much you can accomplish in 10 years! We have been extremely blessed and we are so grateful to have each of you in our lives. There have been so many great memories, accomplishments and milestones over the past years it is hard to imaagine that life can be any better, but we know that the best is yet to come.

Thank you for all of your love and support.

Another Great Saturday

Here's how we've been spending our Saturdays. The lake has been really fun. This kids love it...big and small (kids).

Dad emailed me pictures that he took during their visit....so I thought I would post them.

Dad/Grandpa/Great-Grandpa pitched to Tyler and was surprised how well he could hit a pitched ball.

Great Week

The week started out great with a visit from mom and dad. They stayed at the lakehouse and we all visited with them. The weather was great most of the time....a few rain showers....but they never ruined any day. Here is mom and dad (grandma and grandpa) with Debbie on the swing at the lake.


I had to include a picture of baby Drew....he is so cute! (5 weeks old)

We had a fishing contest....you guess who got the biggest fish. Jim with his catch.

We also fit in a trip to see Bruce and Tiffany and attend Carter's baptism.

Then tonight was Tyler's last T-ball game. They all got trophies. (The first of many!) He was on the Cubs! Tyler is back row right.... by the coach.

Lake visit

Mom and Dad/Gma and Gpa arrived for a week long visit. We came out to the lakehouse to visit with them. The kids are breaking in the sand and beach for the summer. The day started out cloudy but ended up being a really nice day. The kids got so involved in the sand we never put their suits on them. The water is a little chilly.
I was so busy helping to watch the kids that I didn't get enough pictures. Gpa pitched about 100 pitches to Tyler with a whiffle ball....I didn't get any pictures of that. But you can see how busy the kids are in the sand.

Road Trip

We took a road trip to see Denise and Brandon and Brayden. We actually drove a mini van out for them. We had a great trip....saw lots of country along the way.

We took Brayden for a swim in the hotel's swimming pool.

Played in the back yard....

And blew bubbles with Brayden for the first time.

We had a great time in the hot Texas sun!
