We had a glorious weekend. Bruce and Tiffany and kids drove up from Kentucky. We went to the lake on Saturday. The weather was perfect. I had heard on the news that we had the best weather in the nation for Labor Day.
We grilled, we swam, we boated, got buried in the sand, fished with Uncle Scott and more.
Scott and Jill and Jeff came out as did Paul and Scott and Lisa and kids. Jim stopped by to say hi.
On Sunday we were all able to go to church together and Scott blessed baby Tyler and we were able to slip into their meeting for that.
We had sunday dinner at Brian and Heather's and Scott, Jill, Jeff, and Paul were able to come too.
On monday we went bowling and ate lunch at Portillo's...a favorite when Bruce and family come to town.
Dayna and Randy topped the weekend off with the announcement that Brooke will be a BIG sister in May 2008....congratulations to them!
